Snow, Love it? or Hate it?...

As I sit here looking out of the window at my little garden, covered in untouched snow, it looks very pretty and peaceful, quite calming in fact. Tomorrow, when I have to dig the car out (slight exaggeration!) and negotiate the slush, not so good! One thing it does do is give us an excuse for staying in and picking up the needles (of whatever shape takes your fancy). I will be getting on with some of my knitting later, without feeling guilty, as apart from the snow, today is my birthday. Without being able to celebrate in any other way, Emily said she will cook my favourite dinner and we will cosy up, with our projects and watch the box. (Not so different to any other night really.) Tomorrow I have a Zoom 'get together' with my old school friends. Another of them has a birthday on Weds, so we are having a joint virtual party! If everybody manages to negotiate the technology and the time zones (one is in Germany, one in Italy and another in the US) there will be 12 of us. I'm not admitting how old we are, but we met at senior school and have been friends for over 50 years! We have been through so much together, the up's and the down's, disco's (yes were teenagers in the 70's) exams, celebrations, boyfriends/dumping boyfriends/
Well, we have been busy, ordering stock and adding more things to the website. Let us know if there is anything you would like to see on there and we will try to oblige. You can always send us an email with a request and we will do our best to sort it out for you. (info@craft-days.co.uk). Generally 'Click and Collect' days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, although we are quite often there for a couple of hours on a Saturday too and can sort a time out if that helps. We are very happy to post out parcels too.
