....We donned our pinnies and rubber gloves and have spent today, along with the rest of the town, making sure everything is looking as good as possible for the big reopening on Monday. Then we can definitely say SAFFRON WALDEN is OPEN FOR BUSINESS!

We are getting really excited about being able to open the door to you, our lovely customers. We have really missed you. The shop is looking pretty good (even if I do say so myself) with lots of colourful new stock and new ideas. The front of the shop has been painted and the fresh new sign went up today!

Our opening hours will be 9.30-5.00, Monday - Saturday, starting April 12th.

Down with the old and up with the NEW!

We think you'll still know it's us though!

It's been so lovely to see the beautiful blossom appearing, as long as you are wrapped up warm! When I checked the forecast earlier it said that we are set for sunshine all day on Monday, but it's still rather chilly, so not too late to knit something to cosy up in. We have some great 'inter-seasonal' yarns in the most gorgeous colours!
