Double Knitting with The Sockmatician – Sat 19th May

Product Description

Beginners Double Knitting

Not to be confused with the yarn weight, Double Knitting is a technique where you knit a double sided fabric in 2 colours at the same time. One side is  reverse of the other. It creates a thick warm fabric which doesn’t roll up.

You will need to bring some 3.75/4.00mm needles and a couple of colours of DK weight yarn (10-20g of each). Nathan is passionate about Double Knitting and will also bring some samples of the sort of thing that can be achieved.
