Product Description

10:00 – 12:30

The perfect way to make a start with the addictive art of patchwork, this course of workshops is aimed at those new to machine stitched patchwork. You will be shown how to measure and cut your fabric, how to place and join it and how to quilt and finish your quilt with flare!

You will need to bring 50cms of 3 different 100% cotton fabrics (light, medium and dark). You will also need a cutting mat, rotary cutter and patchwork ruler as well as a sewing machine. If you don’t have all of these, we do have some you can borrow – just let us know when you book if you need anything. You will need to supply wadding and fabric for backing and binding in order to complete your quilt, but these won’t be needed for the first few sessions.

Please note that this course has 4 workshops over 5 weeks (there is a gap between week 3 and 4).
